In March 2021 we had the amazing opportunity to move from the Isle of Wight to the stunning Highlands of Scotland and so here we are.

Mark has been a time served carpenter and joiner for more than thirty years and loves what he does. Working with wood and finding ways to bring to life customers ideas has always been something he has really enjoyed. With the move meaning we live in a more remote area, he wanted to put his talents into making something sustainable, useful and beautiful that could be shipped to customers, rather than hours spent driving to individual customers homes. So Highland Pegboards began to be created.

What started out as a basic idea of making storage that was not only practical but also stylish and personalised has grown into a real passion. There’s been a few prototypes along the way and now he has a created a fantastic product. With his attention to detail and accuracy being essential we know you’ll love your products too.

Carly is qualified in business administration so works behind the scenes and is kept busy with the admin of the business from website updates, invoicing, liaising with customers, social media, packing and mailing orders - never a dull moment!

​

Two shipping containers were repurposed to make one good sized workshop and insulated it to be not only a comfortable space to work in but also an environmentally friendly one.

​

Each handmade pegboard and pegrail can be adapted as life changes and additional shelves and pegs can make it suitable for years to come and in a variety of settings.
