delivery & returns

Lead time for most handmade pegboards and pegrails will be 4-6 weeks unless in stock - please contact us if you need an item and we can see if we can help you

 

Deliveries need to be signed for

 

Please notify us within 14 days should you need to return an item for a returns number

 

Unless faulty the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning an item

 

Custom orders can not be returned unless faulty

 

All returns need to be in their original packaging and with all accessories

 

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment with 5 working days
